Call of Duty Mobile Settings and Rank Guide

September 4, 2026

Touch-screen controls make Call of Duty Mobile a different game to master than its console/PC counterparts — small setup changes matter more here than in almost any other version of Call of Duty.

Tune sensitivity before you tune your loadout

Default sensitivity settings are rarely optimal for fast target tracking on a touchscreen. Spend a session in a private match adjusting ADS and gyroscope sensitivity until flick shots feel controllable, before worrying about attachments at all.

Use HUD layout to your advantage

Repositioning fire and jump buttons to match your actual hand size and grip reduces accidental inputs during fights — a surprisingly common source of lost gunfights that has nothing to do with aim.

Short, distracted sessions between other tasks make ranked climbing slower than it needs to be — a booster playing with full focus can move your multiplayer or Battle Royale rank while you play only when you actually want to.
